My Deluxe Double or Twin Room offered a magnificent city view, while the staff, especially Francisco at the concierge, provided exceptional assistance with local recommendations and tour arrangements.

Luggage delivery was delayed and front office services were occasionally unresponsive.

Fantastic stay with amazing views!

Just spent 2 nights in a gorgeous JR Suite! The design is on point, and the views from the rooftop bar were breathtaking. The room was super comfy, and tech-savvy with a cool Bluetooth speaker. The staff really went out of their way to make our stay special. Only hiccup was the room key acting up a bit, but they fixed it quick. Breakfast by the poolside was a treat too!

We had an amazing stay with fantastic help from Francisco, who got us great tickets to a night show and suggested awesome local spots to check out. The spa was a perfect retreat with its heated pool and relaxing body wraps. Just a heads up, our luggage took a little longer to arrive, but overall, it didn’t spoil our fun! 😊
